The area is currently green, but the site is undergoing rapid development, with new single and multi-storey buildings in the vicinity. The residential building is designed with commercial premises located on the ground floor, with separate entrances. The apartments are elevated from the street level, have a separate entrance to the building from the commercial and a roof terrace.
