The building has been designed to meet the needs of young people in Palanga. The design was based on an open concept, with the building oriented towards the street and the highest pedestrian traffic flow in the northern part of the plot. The highlight of the building is the sunken amphitheatre, which will allow for small-scale cultural events or open-air activities during the summer.
The interior spaces of the Youth Centre are a continuation of the exterior spaces (the resort, the nature permeates the interior), and therefore the same finishing materials are used as for the exterior. The light in the building, like in the pine forests, is indirect. The high and spacious rooms create an impression of freedom.
