Pajūrio vila

The building is located in the central part of Palanga, next to a protected forest. The building is oriented in the southern part of the plot, forming a natural barrier from the street. The enclosed courtyard allows the occupants of the house to create an uninterrupted connection with the nearby pine forest. The architectural character of the building is reflected in the pitched roofs, which allow even more natural light into the rooms and blend into the silhouette of the trees. The project was developed in collaboration with UAB “Baltijos regiono projektai”.
